Loop sign at reception desk, but no sign of kit on staff side. = sticker removed, secretariat will be told.

Court on first floor has Infra-red loop system, and it worked well after a bit of a fiddle. (User Kit was adesign new to me, "if all else fails, read the instructions!") Only judge''s micro tested but signal clean & excellent, and all other places where people speak have their own on/off micro, Council Chamber style. + Radio microphone for use by witnesses who cannot mount steps into the box. LOOP Kit for users in court room: 5 x neck Loop kit 5 x stethoscope receivers. This is a full refurbishment of former magistrates court, with lifts/toilets for wheelchair users. Staff show empathy and are keen to demonstrate how system works and fix any problems identified No Loop Reception desk - Signage rated only 2-stars because this desk had a sign on arrival Loop system in Court (first floor) is Infer-Red.
