Latest Review
Only one till is equipped in large store with 25+ tills. Signage on Loop at till easily hidden by customers in queue, no signage visible to identify this till line from a distance, so had to hunt for it. No loop signal (as if off or wiring dislodged.) Customer service Loop not checked today.
Additional notes
Asked about loop on arrival, staff had to go and look before telling me where. Loop known to be not working by time I came to checkout. Only one, or pay at customer service with trolley full. Left my text number with staff and was contacted by manager same day by SMS.. Staff friendly but knowledge poor.
