I had bought tickets for a concert, but did not hear anything as the hearing loop did not function. It was a sign saying it should be a hearing loop, but it was completely silent on the T- and MT-mode on my hearing aids. Money back for the tickets?

Nice area, but totally useless when hearing loop is not working.
